Farepod allows users to search for and book travel-related services. When you make a booking you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you accept any fare rules, carrier/provider terms, and other conditions that apply to the booking. Prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Payments are processed through trusted Indian bank payment gateways. By submitting payment information you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount due. Farepod does not store sensitive payment card data on its servers. Failed or disputed payments may result in booking cancellation.
Cancellation, change and refund policies are governed by the travel provider (airline, hotel, etc.) and applicable fare rules. Farepod will assist with requests according to provider policies. Any refunds will be issued in accordance with the provider’s rules and the payment gateway’s processing times. Farepod is not responsible for delays or denials of refunds by third parties.
You must not use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

All content on Farepod — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Farepod and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Farepod may display content, pricing, and availability from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third parties. Your relationship with third-party service providers is governed by their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farepod and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid Farepod for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim (if any).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Farepod does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination will not affect obligations that arose prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on farepod.co with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
